This is often called a marketing ‘Audit’, but we feel this sounds a little scary! We certainly don’t come into a school wielding a clipboard and demanding information.
We like to think of it as ‘getting your ducks in a row’. There are many things that your school can do differently to improve your marketing and admissions procedures. Sometimes you just need a few nudges in the right direction to get your ducks to line up. This is often easier coming from out an outsider with fresh perspective. Or it could be setting up a path for your ducks to be on, if there has never been one before!
